Come and taste the garden, we are collecting many of the Australian plants used in modern Australian cuisine. We use and develop recipes that feature these unique flavours.

In this garden we are planting a wide range of Australian edible plants and selecting those which grow in our climate and produce the ingredients for this innovation.
