Watch out for the steep descent signs on the highway as you
approach Nowa Nowa on the Princess Highway from Lakes Entrance. They are
just short of the turn into the Forest Drive that passes the Trestle
Bridge and Costicks weir. Old Colquhoun Rd follows the Rail
Trail back to the Granite quarry. Or hire
a bike to ride back along the rail trail and the East Gippsland
tramway trail to Goldsmith's. Buchan
