Residential Cooking Class

 Two Days.

For up to 4 couples. ( Excellent local fishing  and two local golf courses are available for non cooking partners. The Lakes Entrance course was listed  in the top 100 for 2002)

Learn as you help prepare the meals for the formal Dinner as part of the cooking class. Programs will be designed to feature fresh seasonal and regional foods.

Suggested Schedule (or negotiate to learn those dishes you've always wanted to prepare).

    First evening, get together and discuss the program over antipasto supper.

Day 1

    Session 1    Breads           techniques / practical

    Session 2    Desserts         techniques / practical

    Session 3    Main course    techniques / practical

    Second Evening formal dinner with courses presented 
by the participants. A tasting of Gippsland wines included.

Day 2

    Session 1       Breakfast or Sauces

    Session 2       Cakes / Soups / seafood

Cost including all meals $280 per person 
            (non cooking partners $220)
